A Jordan Staal Love Story Chapter 10

"COLBY!!"
"Hi kelster!"
"COLBSTER!!, omg ive missed you!" kelsie screamed running around to colby and giving him a huge bear hug, while jordan stood up.
"ive missed you too kelster"
"i cant believe you here! i thought you were coming in tomorrow"
"yea, im here, haha!, i was but jordan thought you might like it if i came a day early and plus sid missed me too, and also i couldnt wait to see you"
"jordan you planned all thhis?" kels asked
"yea, but colb helped, he just had to keep it a secret for a while" he said as she came over and gave him a hug
"hey i kept it a secret, it was hard but i did"
"why though?"
"because i love you and i knew how much you missed colby and how hurt you were when he left, and this is the best i could do to repay you for taking all this in so well"
"awww, thank you jordan, your the best boyfriend anyone could have, and i love you so much!" kelsie said before she gave him a quick kiss on the lips " now lets got celebrate!!"
"haha lets go!" sid said

so they all went out to the car and sid got the shot gun this time so kels and colb could talk and catch up on things. They decided to go out to eat at a little steakhouse. the whole way there kels and colb caught up with things, even though they talked almost everyday, just talking about things. once they got there all 4 of them got out of the car and went in and asked for a table in the back. once seated the conversation started up again and sid and colb acting like themselves throwing bread at one another.

"will you two please stop!" kels demanded but laughed at the same time
"NEVER!" colby yelled
"YOUR ON BITCH!" sid said to colb
"OK ENOUGH! you two are horrible!" kels said grabbing the bread from both of them and the basket from the middle of the table and gave to jordan to put on another table.
"just like old times" jordan mumbled under his breath

just then the waitress came over very excited to see nhl players in the restraunt, until she seen the mess that colb and sid made. she took their orders and giggled at the mess that sid and colb made

"im so sorry about the mess, i swear they are 5 yrs old in 20 and 24 yr old bodies" kels said to the waitress
"haha, thats alright, i understand" she said and turned and walked away winking at sid and colby as she left with the orders.

"so colb how are you and mel doing?" jordan asked
"Great!" he said with a very big smile
"that great colb, im so proud of you two" sid said
"actually, i was planning on asking her to marry me!"
"WHAT!! OMG!!" kelsie squealed with excitment!
"thats wonderful colby. im proud of you, and i better be your best man. haha. just kidding but sid better be or i will hurt you"
"thanks you guys, i wouldnt know what i would do without you guys,you guys are the greatest best friends anyone could ever have."
"aww, colby we love you too." all 3 of them said
"i love all you guys! now come and give the combmiseter a hug1"
"aww, the typical colby armstong" sid said
"ya and your bestfriend" colb added
"yes, yes you are"

after eating they went back to jordans and hung out. they called a few other members of the team and they came over and hung out. till about midnight before everyone had to leave to get sleep for the game against atlanta the next night.
"hey kelster, i got to get going i told the coach i would be in by 1"
"do you got to?"
"yes, im sorry, but ya"
"no, i dont want you to go. im going to miss you colbster"
"i know i just want to stay too but i cant. ill miss you too kelster. ill miss everyone"
"i dont know how ill get through the game without crying"
"i got an idea, you wear my jersey that i gave you when i left so you can be supporting me and your favorite team, the pens"
"colb, you are a life savor you kno that, im still going to cry when i see u in that nasty uniform."
"haha, yup, that is why you love me"
"yep thats the reason" sid pitched in
"well, i got to go, ill call you tomorrow after the game or once i get on the plane"
"you promise me"
"i promise kelsie, i really do"
"bye colby" all 3 said giving him a hug
'bye guys, ill see you two tomorrow on the ice and for you kels, i got a promise to keep"
"Bye colby!" they yelled back as he left for the hotel "we'll miss you"
"ill miss you guys too!"

the game and went the pen won 3 to 2, it was a tough game to watch and kels was both happy and sad. happy, they won and sad that colby lost against his formal team and that she wont be seeing him for a while cause that was there last game against the thrasher for now, unless they play each other in the playoffs. colby kept his promise and called kels as soon as he got onto the plane.
